You will travel from Berlin Brandenburg Airport on your own. Both trains and S-Bahn (local train that stops at several locations and takes longer) go to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. It is also possible to take a taxi, Uber, or Bolt.
A representative from the Berlin Seminar will be present at the Leonardo Hotel on the day of arrival.
There is a bus from the Meliá Hotel (on the other side of the Spree from the hotel) to the Nordic Embassy Complex at 2 PM. A packed lunch will be distributed on the bus.
